A two hundred year old working Cape Dutch Farm in the Swartberg Mountains. De Kombuys boasts terroir-based estate wines, free-range Wagyu and boutique luxury accommodation complimented by our restaurant, The Marbled Wagyu, specialising in Wagyu beef.
Accommodation
Our boutique guest houses are laid out around the estate to blend in with the Cape-Karoo architecture of the homestead and natural surroundings. This eco-orientated farm offers beautiful accommodations to suit different needs. From the high end Luxury Villas or a 200-year-old Vineyard Cottage family unit, all modernised while maintaining its old world charm.

The Marbled Wagyu
The Marbled Wagyu is our restaurant situated on the estate. Wagyu is our specialty and we pride ourselves on producing Wagyu – the worlds’ best free-range beef – right here in the Swartberg Mountains. Come and enjoy a glass of De Kombuys Estate wine with some prime Wagyu while overlooking the vineyards from the terrace.
